Probably the most beautiful thing when it comes to children and how you spend time with them is the simplicity of each moment, just as it is.
Every day is different, every season requires something different, and in relation to the growing and developing child, all of this becomes an element of novelty in family life.
Rock is curious, maybe like all children, but I've always encouraged him to be that way. What is this and how does it work? In the morning we make coffee together and every time I'm amazed by that look full of enthusiasm, curiosity and light when the coffee starts flowing.
Children's curiosity is innate, but it must be encouraged, I have always explained to them for a few days what they see, what that thing does, what I am doing at that moment (e.g. Mama is doing makeup, I'm working on the computer… etc) precisely to ignite their curiosity for everything from nature to digital, from books to audio stories etc, and to develop their vocabulary not through infinite repetition: this is red. What colour is this? Red. This is red. But through conversation: this is an apple, it has the colour red like mama's nails, like strawberries or the core of watermelon which are all fruits by the way, but also, RED.
I didn't study one version or another, but instinctively this seemed more appropriate. And he's very attentive to the discussion and to what I'm saying.
