Bust: To measure, wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, with your arms down at your sides.

Waist: To measure your waist, wrap the tape measure around the narrowest point of your waist. Keep the tape measure close to your body, without pulling too tight.

Hips: To measure your hips, place your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the fullest point of your hips, being careful not to pull too tight.
