Copenhagen Street Style The Latex Boots you need

Okey, I admit it, this is a combo in between Livia’s Nunes x H&M and the new fall launch of Wardrobe NYC, but look at those boots. They are for sure the star of the outfit.

Honestly everyone has been asking me about them: from Copenhagen fashionistas front row at Stine Goya asking me if they are true to size (yes they are) to you guys online in all the messages following up this Get ready with me reel, it’s pretty clear we’re all obsessed. And for a good reason. They’re special!

The new H&M x Wardrobe NYC collection launches today, on the 6th of August and I highly recommend you guys to keep an eye on the site as I know everything will sell out in minutes. Before coming to Copenhaga, we paid a visit to the Romanian H&M showroom where we prepped up some looks for the trips. Sometimes I ask myself how I got so lucky. Other days, after having coffee, I understand it’s consistency. Years and years of doing things the right way, and somehow, the steering wheel it gets you there. 

Anyhow, coming back to Copenhagen trip. This was the very first time I traveled to this beautiful laid-back city, we’re here for a few days and… it’s very chill you guys. I know this falls a bit short as a description. This was my very first impression of the Danish capital, because beyond the fashion week hustle and bustle, I feel like the city was super laid-back, very responsible and somehow maybe one of the most calm cities I’ve ever seen. Kids behave, parents ride bikes, there’s a lot of design, a lot of talk around sustainability… by the way in CPHFW every brand on the calendar has been screened against 19 sustainability standards such as no fur, no exotic skins, no destroying untold stock etc. 

Now as we’re heading back to Cluj for a few days for Untold festival and Perla’s birthday, I want to tell you about this event we’ve planned for our RETRO FUTURE community. On the 7th & 8th of August we’re hosting a festival prep POP UP in our Cluj Napoca store. You can get your festival hair ready, as we’ve booked Schwarzkopf hairstylist to take care of our hair. We’ll be waiting for you both days, 10:00 to 18:00, and we’ll see you after in the festival. I love these little gatherings we get to do, so it’s opened to new content creators and the whole RETRO FUTURE community to join. We’ve prepped goodie bags for you and I can’t wait to meet you there. 

It might be about time to ditch my latex thong boots (which I’ve been wearing in two of my looks in Copenhaga so far) and get ready for my cotton sets, as I’ve been told we’re gonna have 37 degrees in Cluj these days. What can I say, I love summer, I love the heat, and coming back from a 16 degrees Danish summer night I’m now more then happy to greet the new temperatures. I have my festival look in mind, it includes one of our cotton sets from our new arrivals which you can find below, the off white Bronx cowboy boots and some sparkle. P.S: Can’t believe I’m writing on my blog again, it feels like such a beautiful safe space, now interlinked with RETRO FUTURE as a brand, it feels good. Like where I should be right now.
