Delivery
RETRO FUTURE will include in the package sent to the Customer all the necessary documents to certify the purchase of the products by the Customer.
RETRO FUTURE will facilitate informing the Customer about the completion stage of the Order or contract.
The customer has the following transportation method available: courier (the related fees will be communicated to you).
The delivery fee is a minimum of 25 RON. The delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page.
ATTENTION! Delivery of products to the Customer is only made to an adult person based on an identity document!
Deliveries will be made only on the territory of Romania, on average within 5 days from the confirmation of the Order, without exceeding the term of 45 days. In case the product cannot be delivered, RETRO FUTURE undertakes to inform the Customer about this unavailability, and the amounts that he has paid as payment will be reimbursed by RETRO FUTURE within a maximum period of 14 days.
Return
Any RETRO FUTURE Customer can return products purchased through the website, in the following situations:
- The packages/products show severe damage,
- The products were delivered incorrectly,
- The products have the wrong sizes (thicknesses) ordered.
To file a complaint/notice regarding the delivered products, the Customer must contact RETRO FUTURE in writing, at the e-mail address [email protected] or by other means that ensures confirmation of receipt, within 3 days of receiving the products.
RETRO FUTURE will proceed to analyze the complaint and, if justified, to remedy the situation, as soon as possible.
For products that show manufacturing damage upon receipt, or if the Customer was delivered a product other than the one ordered, RETRO FUTURE will replace the product/products, without being required to pay damages, or reimburse the value of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
In case the products are of the wrong size/thickness ordered, RETRO FUTURE will replace the product. In case the Customer has returned a product and RETRO FUTURE does not have an identical product for replacement, it will offer the Customer the value of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The replacement will be made under the conditions and limits of a standard order.
The value of additional services, including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the Customer, is not refundable. In all cases, the return/re-shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
The consumer customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract , based on the right of withdrawal provided for by law, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the product. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, for individuals who purchase products from websites, using Distance Communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
According to the legislation in force, a consumer is considered any natural person or group of natural persons established in associations, as defined in art. 2 point 2 of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and supplements.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client's declaration of exercising this right transmitted to our company in any manner is sufficient, followed by our company's prompt response confirming receipt of the withdrawal request by e-mail to the address indicated by the Client.
The Customer will notify RETRO FUTURE of his/her intention to return the purchased products, by any means of written communication (e-mail, etc.) within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the products, in the case of art. 7.9.1.4.
The customer who notified RETRO FUTURE according to art 3.22.3, 3.22.4, is responsible for ensuring that the products to which he referred will be returned to RETRO FUTURE within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of sending the notification, otherwise, the right of withdrawal no longer operates, considering the request invalid.
The RETRO FUTURE customer cannot return the products purchased through a Contract, and/or cannot claim any other damages/compensation, if the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all labels intact, the seal intact and the documents that accompanied it, without traces that may indicate that the product has been worn).
According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, RETRO FUTURE reserves the right not to accept returns for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that may degrade or deteriorate quickly.
In the event of a refund of the product value, this will be made within 14 days from the date on which the consumer is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same bank account used for the transaction.
RETRO FUTURE is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the Consumer has explicitly chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by the Seller. RETRO FUTURE may postpone the reimbursement until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale.
The consumer is informed that, if the products returned show signs of wear, scratches, knocks, mechanical or, where applicable, electrical shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, RETRO FUTURE reserves the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product. If the returned product is damaged or the packaging is opened, RETRO FUTURE reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 0-50% of the value of the products, a fee to cover the costs of returning the products to their original condition. This amount will be deducted from the initial payment for the products.
