Are the products available in stock?

Yes, all products presented on the site are available in stock, with different delivery times for each product. Orders & Payment

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and save your shipping information for future purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments by debit card and cash on delivery (cash on delivery). You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel an order?

How can I use a promotional code?

To use a promotional code, enter it in the dedicated field on the Checkout page before completing your order (the promotional code cannot be combined with other discounts). Make sure to apply the code before proceeding with payment.

Delivery & Returns

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery cost is 25 lei for orders delivered in Romania, regardless of the order value, and between 10 and 25 EUR for international deliveries, depending on the service & destination. You can check the final delivery cost on the checkout page.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and the courier service, but generally, orders from Romania arrive in 2-4 business days, and international orders in 7-14 business days.

If the product is only available on order, the delivery time can be up to 10 days in Romania, this information will be found on the product page if applicable.

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please complete the return form available on our website and follow the instructions provided.
